In Tech Bytes today, we check out how your heartbeat could access your bank account, see a smart wallet you'll never lose and a notebook you can reuse – but only after you've nuked it in the microwave.

We also check out a story-telling robot that helps get kids interested in science, technology and engineering.

The Nymi Band stops other people from logging into your bank account – users have to wear it while touching a sensor before they can access their online banking. Its inventors say there's nothing as secure as a person's own ECG signals.

The Rocketbook is a reusable notebook – its contents are erased by putting it in the microwave for 30 seconds. The inventors are currently raising money to put it into production on Indiegogo.

Emma Brannam presents this week's Tech Bytes – watch the video.
