Ariana Grande's focus is going to be concentrated on a court case over the coming weeks.

The singer is being sued for allegedly plagiarizing part of her song 'One Last Time', reports TMZ.

Songwriter Alex Greggs claims he wrote the song 'Takes All Night', an EDM track for Skye Stevens which was released in 2012.

Greggs says Grande and producer David Guetta ripped off the chorus and copied lyrics like ... "take(s) [or taking] you home."

Now, as the alleged copyright holder, he wants a cut of the profits from the songstress's top 20 hit.

And Greggs is not to be underestimated. He has worked with some of the biggest names in the business including N'Sync, Michael Jackson, Justin Timberlake and Lady Gaga.

Judge for yourself and see if Ms Grande will be able to break free of this one.
