Rocksteady Studios has announced Batman: Arkham Knight, the latest in their Arkham series, will release for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC later this year.
The four-minute reveal trailer (above) shows Batman taking to the Batmobile in the streets of Gotham to fight a number of villains, including Two Face, Harley Quinn, Scarecrow, and the Penguin.
Game Informer magazine's April edition will include a 14-page preview of the game. According to the publication, the map for Arkham Knight will be "far larger" than Arkham City, with wider streets to accommodate driving gameplay.
Rocksteady developed the first two critically acclaimed Arkham games, Batman: Arkham Asylum and Batman: Arkham City, while the most recent titles, Batman: Arkham Origins and Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate, were developed by Warner Bros Montreal and Armature Studio respectively.
