Seminal Atlanta rapper Big Boi has released the first video from upcoming solo album Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors.
‘Mama Told Me’ features former Destiny’s Child starlet Kelly Rowland and is the first official single from the album, which will be released December 11, 2012.
Big Boi rose to prominence as one half of rap duo Outkast with Andre 3000.
Vicious Lies is his second solo album, following 2007’s Sir Lucious Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty – though 2003’s Speakerboxxx was all Big Boi’s own work, it was released under the Outkast brand.
