Australian celebrity Bindi Irwin has confirmed on social media she's spent the past 10 days in the Bay of Plenty.
The 17-year-old daughter of the late Steve Irwin posted a photo of herself sitting beside Lake Rotorua on Instagram and Twitter, saying she was "grateful for a beautiful trip with my little family to Rotorua, NZ for a week of hiking".
On April 8 she posted a picture of a sunset over Lake Rotorua, captioned: "The moment you finally understand that your heart will always, always belong to the sky itself."
Bindi is now known as a conservationist, actress and television presenter, and recently won season 21 of Dancing with the Stars US.
