Corey Feldman has promised a judge he'll stay away from his alleged stalker - once she moves out of his home.
The Goonies star spoke of his terror last month after Jennifer Herbert moved into his Los Angeles home and refused to leave, citing California squatters' rights.
She was arrested on 19 May after breaching a restraining order and reportedly threatening to hurt Feldman.
However, both sides have now come to a truce - Herbert has agreed to move out by Thursday if Feldman drops his protection order.
According to Feldman's latest court filing, obtained by US website TMZ.com, they have also vowed to leave one another alone for the rest of their lives.
