Two Dead Kennedys fans face misdemeanour charges after performing a sex act onstage at the punk group's Solana Beach, California concert last week.
An unnamed woman stripped off and stretched out naked on the stage while a male fan performed oral sex on her during the show at the Belly Up Tavern.
The couple was caught on camera and the very NSFW photo was uploaded to Reddit.com. The exhibitionists now face arrest under state Penal Code 314 - but only if other members of the audience complain.
According to KGTV in San Diego, fans seemed to be more amused than outraged by the sex act, and didn't let it ruin their night out.
A spokesman for the venue says, "Of course, we don't condone this activity in our establishment and security stopped it right away. This is certainly a first for us."
