George Michael opened up about his split from longtime partner Kenny Goss during a concert in the Czech Republic on Monday night, five months after dismissing reports about the break-up.

The ‘Faith’ singer told fans at the Prague State Opera House that he and Goss had separated over two years ago, revealing that he has been struggling with the heartbreak.

He revealed, "It's time to be honest... Kenny and I haven't been together for two and a half years. My love life has has been a lot more turbulent than I've let on."

He then dedicated a new track, titled ‘Where I Hope You Are’, to his ex, adding, "This man has brought me a lot of joy and a lot of pain."

Back in March, Michael shot down reports suggesting he and Goss had split.

He said, "It is complete bullshit about myself and Kenny breaking up. Don't believe this story. We've had our problems, but... I love Kenny very much."

Monday night's Prague show was the first stop on the singer's George Michael: Symphonica tour.

Michael also took a moment to pay tribute to late singer Amy Winehouse, telling fans she was the only British artist to have left him in awe during his 30-year musical career.
