A 'leaked' poster advertising two Guns N' Roses shows on New Zealand shores at the start of next year has emerged on social media.
The poster, which appears legitimate, says the band will play at Western Springs Stadium in Auckland and Westpac Stadium in Wellington over Waitangi Weekend in 2017.
The Wellington show is scheduled for February 2, while the Auckland show will be on February 4, according to the poster.
New Zealand concert promoter Paul Dainty said earlier in 2016 that he was pushing hard to get an Auckland show added to the band's world tour next year.
As it stands, the band is playing five cities in Australia, beginning on February 7.
Though the poster's validity is unconfirmed at this stage, it says that tickets for the New Zealand shows will go on sale on August 31 - so an official announcement can be expected in the coming fortnight if Guns N' Roses are to return.
The rockers last played on New Zealand soil in 2007, at Auckland's Vector Arena.
