Hayden Panettiere has sold her Hollywood home for just over US$3 million.
The Nashville actress recently bought a home in the Tennessee city after spending so much time there filming the hit show.
And now TMZ are reporting that she has managed to sell her LA mansion, which she bought in 2008 for US$2.635 million.
Speaking recently about her move to Nashville, Hayden, 24, revealed it felt like a natural step for her to take.
"That's a big investment and a big commitment for something [like a TV show] that can be very fleeting," she explained to People Magazine.
"But after a year and a half of living here, I felt that I had enough personal investment here, that I want to have a grounding here, even if something happens to the show. Knock on wood it won't! But I have amazing friends here and this just feels good as a home base."
Hayden is engaged to Ukranian boxer Wladimir Klitschko who owns a penthouse in Hollywood, Florida, and the actress is also known to spend a lot of time there.
The couple had originally dated back in 2009 after meeting at a mutual friend's party but broke up two years later, only to reunite again at the start of 2013.
While she will have no problem enjoying the Florida beaches instead of the California ones, when asked how her 6ft 6in fiancé will adjust to life in Nashville, Hayden was adamant the move wouldn't faze him.
"He fits in anywhere. He's a very worldly man!" she laughed.
