Jack Reacher: Never Go Back review

Jack Reacher: Never Go Back review

Tom Cruise is Jack Reacher and they're both back on the big screen. But is that a good thing?

If ever there was a movie that could stop a franchise in its tracks, it's this one.

There are too many reasons why you deserve better than this, and sadly after watching it so you don't have to, I now lack the will to live to list them all.

The first in this Reacher franchise was forgettable enough, but this follow-up may only be more memorable for its epic blandness. Breathtakingly dull and so predictable in script and plot, I'd rather watch back-to-back episodes of Thomas the Tank Engine.

Let's hope Tom Cruise takes the title to heart at least, and will never ever go back for more.

One star.
