Singer/songwriter James Taylor has broken his leg in a skiing accident.
The ‘Sweet Baby James’ star was holidaying in Utah on Monday when he took a tumble.
An assistant has confirmed the news, telling the Boston Globe newspaper that Taylor fractured his leg on the first day of a family vacation.
Taylor was among 20 artists, scholars and writers honoured by President Barack Obama at the White House earlier this month.
