Jennifer Hudson has joined the chorus from Sandy Hook Elementary School to sing ‘America the Beautiful’ at the 2013 Super Bowl.
The Sandy Hook chorus features 26 children from the school in Newtown, Connecticut, where 20 first-graders and six adults were killed in a December shooting rampage.

The performance took place just before Alicia Keys sang the national anthem.
Children who survived the shooting rampage also recorded a version of ‘Over the Rainbow’ to raise money for charity.
Proceeds benefit the United Way of Western Connecticut and the Newtown Youth Academy.
