Justin Timberlake was reportedly “ticked off” when Jessica Biel threw away his cigarettes and lighters.
The couple tied the knot in a lavish US$6.5 million ceremony in Italy in October. Before the nuptials, Justin apparently promised Jessica he would quit his smoking habit once she was his wife.
Although they have been married for around a month, he is reportedly still no nearer to ditching the tobacco. This is said to have annoyed Jessica, who took it upon herself to throw away all his smoking paraphernalia.
“That really ticked Justin off,” a source told National Enquirer. “He told her there’s no way the marriage will last if she takes it upon herself to dig through his stuff rather than ask nicely.”
Jessica is reportedly so desperate for her new husband to take better care of his health she has vowed not to start a family with him until he has kicked his nicotine habit. She is also rumoured to have told him she won’t carry his child until he has been smoke free for a minimum of six months.
Despite their reported disagreement, the newlyweds are said to be very happy now they are married. The pair honeymooned on safari in Tanzania, with Jessica overheard chatting about the getaway to Scarlett Johansson at the recent New York City Hitchcock premiere.
"It was like magic," Jessica said "It was like heaven. It was the most beautiful thing."
