Rapper Lupe Fiasco halted a concert in Ohio on Saturday after a fan struck him in the head with a glow stick.
The 'Superstar' hitmaker was performing for students at the University of Cincinnati when an attendee threw a plastic light tube at the 31 year old, hitting him in the face, according to video footage obtained by music news site DDotOmen.com.
Fiasco, who is trained in martial arts, stopped the show to call out the rowdy reveller, and addressing the crowd, he said, "Listen, hold up two seconds we'll get back to the show, listen. I know you a jerk, and that's cool.
"I know that you came here and you thought that 'I'ma get some shine (attention) real quick and throw some shit at Lupe and hit him in the face.' But, let me remind you of something... You see this waist? This waist right here? There used to be four black belts around this waist. So listen, everybody that wanna throw some shit, kindly step over to the side of the stage.... and I'll give you five minutes of fame (sic)."
