Margot Robbie grew so close to the rat her Suicide Squad co-star Jared Leto gifted that she decided to keep it.
In an interview with Elle Magazine, she reveals her new pet -which she named Rat Rat- now lives with her in Los Angeles. The pet rodent is on a Whole Foods-approved diet of organic berries.
The Australian actress adds that her Suicide Squad character Harley Quinn would have done the same, saying: "If Harley got something from Joker (played by Leto), she'd probably cherish it."
Adam Beach, who plays Slipknot in the movie, told E! News Leto took his method acting to the next level. "He sent [Margot] a nice love letter with a black box with a rat in it, it was beautiful. Then he sent bullets to Will [Smith] with a letter."
