No release dates have been announced yet, but the new Mirror's Edge and unannounced Need for Speed and Plants vs Zombies games will be available by March 2016, according to EA's latest financial statement.

The statement's forecast for the next financial year lists upcoming games.

As well as Star Wars: Battlefront, set for release on November 17, and the annual EA Sports releases, the document states that an unannounced Need for Speed game will come out in the fourth quarter of calendar year 2015.

The first quarter of 2016, meanwhile, will see the launch of the upcoming Mirror's Edge reboot, as well as an unannounced Plants vs Zombies game for consoles and PC.

Prior to 2014, a new Need for Speed game had been released every year since 2002. However, EA revealed early in 2014 that the series would skip a year while Ghost Games worked on "an innovative new chapter of this storied franchise".

In January this year, the publisher announced that a new Need for Speed game was on track for a 2015 release.

The new Mirror's Edge was announced at E3 2013 and is in development at EA DICE. It's a reboot of the first Mirror's Edge that came out in 2008, and is set before the events of that game. Rhianna Pratchett, who wrote the first game, isn't involved in the reboot.

The most recent Plants vs Zombies game was Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare, which was released last year for Xbox One, Xbox 360, PC, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3.
