French actor Olivier Martinez has reportedly been named a suspect in a battery investigation for allegedly shoving an airport worker after landing in Los Angeles with his wife Halle Berry.
The S.W.A.T. star flew into LAX Airport with the actress and her daughter Nahla, six, on the weekend and the couple's young son son Maceo, and video footage obtained by TMZ.com appears to show Martinez shoving the employee with an empty child's car seat as the family walked through the terminal surrounded by photographers.
In the video, the man is seen tumbling backwards and landing on the ground.
The airport worker was treated at the scene and later taken to a nearby hospital complaining of abdominal pain. He subsequently filed a battery report.
A statement from police, released to GossipCop.com, reads "(Martinez and Berry) required assistance from Los Angeles Airport Police after a crowd of photographers and a contract airport employee came too close to the family to take photos.... (Martinez, holding an empty child's car seat) shoved it against the contract airport employee causing him to fall backwards. The employee received treatment on scene and was transported to a local hospital for further medical care."
This is not the first time Martinez has been involved in a public scuffle - he was injured after getting into a bust-up with Berry's ex-boyfriend, model Gabriel Aubry, in 2012.WENN.com
