The trailer for Jemaine Clement's new film People, Places, Things was released over night.
The Kiwi star plays Will Henry, a newly-single dad struggling to keep his life together as a graphic novelist in New York.
From director James C Strouse, who also brought audiences 2007's Grace is Gone and 2009's The Winning Season, the film follows Will's messy and emotional rollercoaster of finding new love and letting it go.
People, Places, Things opens in New Zealand cinemas September 3.
