Singer and musical heartthrob Harry Styles has cut ties with the management team that made him a household name worldwide, and made him rich enough to buy households worldwide. UK tabloid The Sun broke the story overnight, but hopes the story was just a rumour were dashed when Styles' new manager Jeffrey Azoff, released a statement confirming the signing. A source within his former management team spoke anonymously to the media late last night. "Harry is done with One Direction. He wants to completely disassociate with the band and that includes any professional connection. His new team will be about launching him as a solo superstar by around this time next year so the work is starting now." Fans online were, of course, upset with the news. This tweet from someone calling themselves Alexis Styles summed up their mood.

As Ross and Rachel would say, they were on a break. There has never been an end day for One Direction. They announced last year they would take time to work on solo projects, but Styles moving to new management makes a possible reunion a bit harder to organise. Former 1D member Zayn Malik was the first to officially leave the group and since then has engaged in Twitter wars with his former band mates. Newshub.
