But she was quickly dismissed after she revealed to the judge she would be biased in the rape and kidnap case.
The 'Shake it Off' singer is involved her own sexual assault case after a DJ allegedly groped her backstage at a concert, TMZ reports.
The Denver DJ was at a concert with his girlfriend when he was invited to go backstage. From there, it's alleged that he slipped his hand under her skirt and grabbed her buttocks.
The man was sacked amidst the allegations so decided to take Swift to court, but she has responded with a civil lawsuit.
But she didn't leave without taking selfies, selfies and more selfies.
She even made this shout out to a local car pool group.
