The Terminator is getting in the ring in WWE 2K16 with Arnold Schwarzenegger lending his likeness to the wrestling game.

Announcing the Terminator character in style, 2K released the above live-action trailer, which recreates the iconic bar scene from Terminator 2: Judgement Day with Schwarzenegger and various WWE stars.

Schwarzenegger will appear as two playable characters, the T-800 cyborgs from both The Terminator and Terminator 2.

Unfortunately, not all players will be able to play as the Terminator, with only those who pre-order the game being allowed access. Whether the feature will be released to everyone who pays for the game at a later date has not been announced.

"I've achieved many things in my life, but I've always said success means staying hungry and pushing the limits," says Schwarzenegger.

"I was honoured to join the WWE Hall of Fame earlier this year, and now I'll continue my WWE legacy with one of my biggest film roles immortalised in WWE 2K16. Match the Terminator against Stone Cold Steve Austin, Seth Rollins or Daniel Bryan, and there's only one possible outcome: Hasta la vista, baby!"

Meanwhile, long-time WWE game star Hulk Hogan will not appear in in WWE 2K16, following the leaking of a video where he describes himself as a racist and uses the N-word.

WWE 2K16 is being developed by Yuke's and Visual Concepts, and is set for release on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One and Xbox 360 on October 30.
