Blink-182 star Travis Barker and his ex-wife Shanna Moakler spent a night in police custody last month after a dispute turned really nasty and led to the former couple making death threats against each other.
According to official police documents, obtained by TMZ.com this week, Barker and the TV personality were handcuffed and bundled into squad cars after Moakler claimed he threatened to kill her, and the rocker alleged she threatened to call her boyfriend and ask him to beat the tattooed punk up.
The argument reportedly started when Barker, who still lives with his ex, asked for permission to include their kids in a new TV project.
She refused and called cops when the drummer allegedly said, "If I could, I'd put a bullet in your head."
When officers arrived to the scene, they arrested both stars and took them in for questioning.
In the police report, Moakler claims her ex called her a "f**king piece of garbage" and "a cigarette smoking, coke-snorting b**ch". She also admits she's concerned about Barker taking showers with their nine-year-old daughter.
According to TMZ.com, charges will not be filed against either Barker or his ex.
