Ricky Gervais begins the Golden Globes for 2016. This is his fourth year as the host.
In his speech he makes fun of Jennifer Lawrence's stand for equal gender pay.
He then introduces Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill, whom he mentions have not won a Golden Globe before.
