New parents Sam Worthington and Lara Bingle are set to face deposition questioning over a bust-up with a photographer in New York.
The Australian stars, who reportedly welcomed their first child last week, clashed with paparazzo Sheng Li in the Big Apple last year and both Worthington and the snapper were arrested.
Worthington's assault charges were dismissed as part of a deal with prosecutors, and Li subsequently sued the couple for damages, claiming he suffered a number of injuries to his shoulder, face and wrist during the bust-up.
US District Judge Lorna Schofield has now ordered Worthington and Bingle to sit for questioning with Li's lawyer by April 10, according AAP.
The new parents have also been ordered to pay for the lawyer's travel and accommodation so he can fly out to Los Angeles from New York.
