Woolly jumpers for oil-covered penguins

An unlikely group of people have joined the Rena rescue operation.
Instead of being armed with salvage equipment, they've got knitting needles to make jumpers for penguins harmed by the oil.
The woolly outfits will be used if the most critically-injured birds need warming up.
Dozens of jumpers have been churned out and the Wildlife Centre in Tauranga says it now has more than enough.
