Commonwealth Games: Kiwis in action, April 8 (Day Four)

  • 08/04/2018

The Kiwi track cyclists have their last chance to extend their medal haul at the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games on Day Four.

Sprinters Natasha Hansen and Emma Cumming will contest the women's keirin, while Eddie Dawkins and Dylan Kennett take on the men's 1000m time trial.

Lawn bowls move into the medal rounds, with defending women's singles champion Jo Edwards still a chance to repeat.

Women's skeet exponent Chloe Tipple is a dark-horse hope at the shooting range.

With the start of athletics competition, we'll get our first glimpse of red-hot favourite in the men's shot, Tom Walsh, who should only need one throw to qualify for Monday's final.
