Ed Sheeran finds teen lookalike for 'Castle on the Hill' video

British pop star Ed Sheeran has released the video for his new single, 'Castle on the Hill', which features his younger doppelganger.

The 'Lego House' hitmaker recruited students from his old high school in the video, including a red-haired, blue-eyed teen who looks remarkably like himself.

Sheeran even joked on social media, "My dad had a bit of fun a couple of years after I was born, because he does look quite similar."

The 'Castle on the Hill' video revisits Sheeran's wild, care-free years as a teenager in Framlingham, in Suffolk, England.

Shot on location, the clip recreates the song's lyrics, which hark back to when the singer rolled in mountain grass, sped down country lanes, had his first kiss, hung out at bonfires, danced at clubs and played pool.

The shots of youthful exuberance are intercut with clips of current day Sheeran, 25, walking down a country lane.

'Castle on the Hill' is taken from the forthcoming album ÷.
