Monday night's Academy Awards ceremony was marred with what could well be remembered as one of the worst award ceremony gaffes ever when La La Land instead of Moonlight was announced winner of Best Picture.

But there was a second mistake - a tragic one, too.
The Oscars In Memoriam segment honours the deaths of the year's movie industry great. This year included Carrie Fisher, Debbie Reynolds and Prince.
However, they got one terribly wrong.
Australian costume designer Janet Petterson died in October 2015 and she was expected to be honoured as part of the montage.
The montage instead showed a picture of living woman, Australian producer Jan Chapman.
Ms Chapman was "devastated" by the mistake.
"I was devastated by the use of my image in place of my great friend and long-time collaborator Janet Patterson. I had urged her agency to check any photograph which might be used and understand that they were told that the Academy had it covered. Janet was a great beauty and four-time Oscar nominee and it is very disappointing that the error was not picked up. I am alive and well and an active producer," Ms Chapman told Variety in an email.
Ms Patterson has been nominated for four Oscars, for her work on The Piano, Portrait of a Lady, Oscar and Lucinda and Bright Star.
The Academy has not yet commented on the error.
