Former TVNZ news presenter Rawdon Christie has served up a dig at his former employer - declaring The AM Show the only breakfast TV he watches.
Christie left TVNZ's Breakfast programme six months ago, when he was ousted to make way for the new line-up of Hilary Barry and Jack Tame.
Taking part in Three's The AM Show as part of the daily panel, Christie joked that he wouldn't wear a "give me a job" T-shirt on such a "highbrow show".
"Nice to see you Rawdon, back on the best breakfast show in town - do you agree?" asked host Duncan Garner.
"Yeah it's the only one I watch," replied Christie.
The broadcaster had been with TVNZ for 13 years.
