Grammy Award-winner Bruno Mars is heading to New Zealand for two Auckland shows with his 24K Magic World Tour.

The 'Uptown Funk' singer hasn't been to New Zealand since his last sold-out shows in Auckland in 2014.

But fans will have to wait almost a year longer to see him again, with his shows at Spark Arena (formerly Vector Arena) on February 27 and 28.

They're the first dates on the Australasian leg of the tour which includes Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide and Perth.

Bruno Mars has won multiple Grammy Awards and been nominated 20 times as well as selling more than 26 million albums worldwide.

Tickets go on sale on May 5.
