Beyonce Knowles-Carter is pregnant with twins, but that's not stopping online trolls from criticising her appearance and labelling her "fat".
The 'Halo' singer's fans are lashing out in her defence as nasty comments emerge, after what some are calling an unflattering paparazzi photo was published this week.
Beyonce and her husband Jay Z attended the Beauty & Essex bar in Hollywood to celebrate the birthday of Lenny Santiago, the senior vice president of Jay Z's music label Roc Nation.
When they left, photographers took snaps of Beyonce in the back of a vehicle, with her blonde hair in long braids and scarlet lipstick that matched the colour of her plunging dress.
"Fat as hell" and "obese" were some of the slurs left under the photo, along with a man comparing the new photo to an older one in an unsavoury fashion.
Her fan base - often referred to as 'the Beyhive' - were quick to respond to the trolls, who seemed to misunderstand the concept of pregnancy.
"She still a queen and u still a peasant," tweeted one.
"In a few weeks she's going to give birth to twins who are already more successful than you," stated another.
Although Beyonce hasn't responded to the haters herself, her Instagram account passed the 100 million followers mark this week - and it seems the Beyhive can comfortably handle the trolls without its Queen.
