'Sign of the Times' singer Harry Styles has put his three-bedroom, 400 square metre Hollywood Hills home on the market for around NZD$12 million.
The apartment, which the real estate website says is "perched just above Los Angeles' famed Sunset Strip", has three bedrooms and five bathrooms, and boasts crazy views of the city.
The home features floor-to-ceiling glass windows, a hot tub, spa and pool, plus a two-car garage.
The former One Direction member bought the house for US$6,870,000 (NZD$9,797,491) in January 2016, which means he's had it for less than 18 months.
It's possible Harry's selling the house now he's about to go on tour with his first album, E News reports.
His first solo tour, Harry Styles Live On Tour begins on September 19 (local time) in San Francisco. He will perform a single concert at Auckland's Spark Arena on December 2.
