The Save the Last Dance actress is expecting her first child with fiance Preston J Cook later this year, a representative confirmed to E News.
The couple met on the set of Stiles' 2015 film Go With Me, on which Cook worked as a camera assistant.
The 36-year-old has been showing off her baby bump around London while doing publicity for new TV series Riveria, posing with a hand on her belly next to radio presenter Nick Snaith.
Stiles and Cook got engaged on Christmas Eve in 2015 in Colombia, but later said they're in no rush to tie the knot.
"We're really slow on the wedding planning so I haven't really been soliciting advice," she told People.
