Blac Chyna's lawyer is seeking a restraining order against the model's ex-boyfriend, Rob Kardashian.
It comes days after the Keeping up with the Kardashians star posted a 'revenge porn' image of Chyna, who is the mother to his baby Dream, wearing no underwear on Instagram.
He claims Chyna sent him the picture on July 4 before sleeping with another man at their home.
"This is from Chyna yesterday to me. I never been so disrespected in my life. I just bought her 250k of jewellery yesterday. This woman is so disrespectful and I don't care," he captioned the post.
When Instagram deleted his account he continued the rant on Twitter.
TMZ is now reporting women's rights lawyer Lisa Bloom plans to ask for a restraining order against Kardashian in court on Monday, on the basis that the reality TV star crossed the line by posting the explicit photos of Chyna, along with medical information and personal information.
It's reported Chyna wants the judge to keep Kardashian 100 yards (91 metres) clear of her at all times. She also wants the right to record communications she has with him that might violate the order.
But Kardashian also may face jail time, as the Instagram meltdown may have broken California's revenge porn laws which were brought in in 2013. Posting nude photos and videos of others without explicit permission is considered a crime punishable by up to six months in jail and a $US1000 fine.
