In a show this dense it can be easy to lose a track of where everyone is, and what they're up to - so here is a brief rundown on the most notable characters ahead of the last time we see them in 2017.

Who have we not seen for even longer? Grey Worm and the Unsullied, who were last seen at Casterly Rock, along with Euron Greyjoy and his captive, Yara Greyjoy, who were last seen in the ocean by Casterly Rock. Where all these characters are is unknown, but there's a good chance Euron will come back and do something dastardly in this next episode.

Bronn and Jaime Lannister

Bronn was last seen saving Jaime near Highgarden after the Targaryen forces wasted a bunch of Lannisters. He's presumably in King's Landing, but he made it clear to Jaime he's only interested in self-preservation and may be hiding somewhere safer.

The Dothraki were last seen in the aforementioned decimation of the Lannister army near Highgarden, but some of them were later seen protecting Daenerys on Dragonstone, where the whole horde now presumably rests.
