Julia Louis-Dreyfus has marked the end of chemo treatment with a heart-warming Instagram video of her sons lip-syncing to Michael Jackson's 'Beat It'.

"My beauty boys @henryhallmusic @charlie_hall made this for me today, my last day of chemotherapy. Pretty swell, right? Ain't they sweet?" she captioned the video, posted on Thursday (local time).

Fans commented with messages of support, wishing the actress a "happy b-day".

The Seinfeld and Veep star revealed her breast cancer diagnosis on Twitter in September.

"One in eight women get breast cancer. Today, I'm the one," she wrote.

"The good news is that I have the most glorious group of supportive and caring family and friends. The bad news is that not all women are so lucky, so let's fight all cancer and make universal healthcare a reality."
