'Creepy' sex therapist gives couple awkward lesson on Married At First Sight Australia

  • 13/03/2018

The latest episode of Married At First Sight Australia saw a couple subjected to a sex lesson later described as "creepy" and "awkward".

Justin and Carly have struggled to find intimacy since their marriage, so sex therapist Trisha Stratford joined them in the bedroom.

"I'm going to get you to touch... explore each other's bodies," she told them, watching as they did.

"I want you just to start touching and find out the parts of your body that you like to be touched."

When Trish was satisfied with their performance on a couch, she moved the couple into the bedroom and had them spoon each other, before instructing Carly to give Justin a massage.

The couple obliged - in front of Trish and the cameras - but still weren't overcome with passion.

"I think it's kind of awkward right now with you watching us, Trish," said Justin.

On social media, Trish's sex lesson was labelled "creepy".

"Trish can't believe her 'creepy uncle' style of sex education hasn't worked," wrote Twitter user Shaun Robertson.

"If creepy sex pest Trish creeping around the boudoir asking you to get your feelys on don't do it for you, you gotta bounce," added Kelly Greene.
