A 39-year-old Auckland woman who has been missing for over a week was formerly an actress on Shortland Street.
Tania Ellwood was last seen in Newmarket at around 9:30am on February 28, Counties Manukau Police says.
She's described as having a slim to medium build with long blonde hair, 166cm tall, wearing dark jeans, a black cross-over top and white Nike footwear.
Ms Ellwood played the character on Mandy Timmins on Shortland Street in 2006.
She's believed to live around the Dominion Rd, Sandringham-Mt Eden area, and her parents are based in Newmarket-Remuera.
Her family is worried about her, police say, and ask anyone to come forward if they know her whereabouts.
