A news conference has been scheduled this morning following extended Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement talks in Atlanta with reports a deal is close to being reached.
Trade Ministers from the participating countries met in Atlanta last week and into the weekend to try and get the deal over the line.
The US Trade Representative is livestreaming the news conference to discuss the progress in the negotiations and is set to begin around 1pm (NZ time).
