There are calls for the owner of TV Shop to stop fluffing his Bambillio pillow and come to the table for his employees.

TV Shop workers will be protesting outside the company's office in Auckland's Takapuna at 10:30am on Saturday.

FIRST Union organiser Kate Davis says owner Paul Meier needs to offer fair pay and secure work hours to his employees.

"After a year and two months of trying to meet with him, the company are offering a contract with no wages in it, no redundancy, no security of hours and no kind of payment for the people who stay up all night working the graveyard shift."

Ms Davis says negotiations have gone through two CEOS and "an entire HR department", and it's time Mr Meier shows up to the table.

"We want him to stop transforming ladders and transform wages," she says.

Ms Davis says many of the employees have gone years without pay rises.
