Apple's iPhone 7 Plus not big enough for you? What if it was a laptop?
New patents from the world's biggest technology company have been uncovered, suggesting a future where our phone is also our real computer.
The pictures, found by blog Apple Insider, show laptop computers with an iPhone-sized cavity where the trackpad would normally go.
The iPhone, once inserted into the cavity, would serve not only as the brains of the computer but also the trackpad.
Another device appears to turn an iPad into a laptop - not such a dramatic leap, since keyboards and docks which fulfil a similar function already exist.
The difference is the laptop could provide an iPad with extra juice - battery and processing power - and perhaps be easier to use as an all-in-one device, rather than having to carry around peripherals.
Using a phone or tablet as a fully-fledged computer isn't new - Microsoft's Windows 10 operating system has blurred the line between PCs and smaller devices, and Ubuntu phones turn into PCs with the addition of a keyboard and mouse.
But physically inserting a phone into a laptop isn't something we've seen a major player in the market try before.
Apple recently unveiled a red iPhone and dropped prices on its iPad range.
