A Sydney woman who couldn't afford to buy a coffee last week says her family struggles are over after winning $20 million in Thursday's Powerball draw.
"It's come at the best time. It's been struggle after struggle," the woman said.
The woman who could barely afford to buy a coffee joked "I might go buy a cafe now," The Sydney Morning Herald reports.
The woman, from Lewisham Sydney said she knew she had won when then call from Lotto officials came through.
"When I told my husband, I almost gave him a heart attack.
"I was calling him from the other room. I ran up to him and said 'I think I've just won Powerball it says it here.'
Since finding out about the big win she says she has been "in shock" and unable to sleep.
"I'm just so happy, It's huge," she says.
"I'm definitely going to buy a house we're renting at the moment. Our own place finally! This is just a dream come true!"
