Police have laid another charge against the child rapist who allegedly slipped his GPS monitoring ankle bracelet and fled in the Wellington area.
Livingstone, 27, appeared in Hutt Valley District Court today, and pleaded not guilty to unlawfully entering a vacant property while he was being hunted by police.
The new charge is in addition to previous charges laid by the Corrections Department which alleges that Livingstone breached the conditions of his intensive supervision order.
He pleaded not guilty to breaching the conditions of his release on August 11.
He was remanded in custody until his next appearance on September 8.
Livingstone triggered a manhunt on Thursday, August 6, when his bracelet alarm went off, and Corrections allegedly found the discarded bracelet in his Upper Hutt home.
He was found the following day after being spotted in Naenae.
