A man who fled police following the discovery of a stab-wound victim was found hiding in a ceiling with a firearm and ammunition, after an hour-long manhunt across west Auckland yesterday.
The 23-year-old will appear in the Waitakere District Court today facing a number of charges.
The stabbing victim has undergone surgery for an abdominal wound.
