One person is dead and another has moderate injuries after a motorcycle collision near Kawhia, 40km from Hamilton, this afternoon.
The two motorcycles were part of a group of five riders.
The most seriously injured rider died on Makomako Rd, and the other was transported to hospital.
The Serious Crash Unit is investigating.
