A woman who died in a fatal crash on State Highway 5 in the Bay of Plenty suburb of Tarukenga on Tuesday has been named.
Teresa Diane Morgan, 54, was from Rotorua.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
The crash involved a truck and three cars.
