SkyCity will be marking 20 years since it first opened its doors, initially as Harrah's Entertainment, on February 2.
To celebrate two decades in the business, this weekend they're throwing themselves a birthday party in the form of a street festival.
This weekend, On January 22 and 23, Federal St will shut down its access to vehicles, and house a variety of food, drink and activities, which they're inviting all of Auckland to attend.
P Money, Diggy & Laughton, and Weird Together Soundsystem are due to perform alongside a number of DJs and other artists.
SkyCity was Harrah's Entertainment until 1998 and is best known for the Sky Tower, its casino, hotels, and convention centre.
