More than 1400 Aucklanders are without power this evening after a feeder fault in Sunnyvale.
The incident happened at around 7:30pm tonight.
A separate feeder fault has also caused a power outage to around 180 properties in Kaukapakapa, north of Helensville. Vector estimates both areas to have power restored by about 10pm.
Meanwhile, lines down near Three Kings and Hillsborough have not affected any houses in the area.
