A woman is to appear in court on a kidnapping charge as an investigation continues into what happened to a woman found bound, gagged and injured alongside a road north of Auckland.
The 42-year-old who will appear in in the North Shore District Court is the third person arrested in the case in the week since the badly injured victim was found in the Dome Valley.
The victim is still in a serious condition in Auckland hospital.
